Acceptable Use Policy
This policy describes what you may not do with Miclody. It applies to prompts, uploads, generated tracks, artwork, release metadata and your behaviour on the Service.
You may not
- Upload, imitate or request copyrighted songs, lyrics, recordings or artwork you do not have the rights to use.
- Create content that impersonates a real artist’s voice, name or likeness without their permission, or that misleads listeners about who made it.
- Submit releases that infringe trademarks or use misleading titles, artist names or metadata.
- Create content that is hateful, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, violent extremist, or that promotes illegal activity.
- Artificially inflate streams, views or video uses, or take part in streaming fraud schemes.
- Bulk-generate and upload low-effort or duplicate tracks intended to game platform payouts.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, overload or bypass the limits and security of the Service.
- Share or sell your account, or use another person’s account.
Enforcement
We may remove content, decline or take down releases, withhold earnings tied to violating content, and suspend or close accounts. Serious or repeated violations may be reported to platforms or authorities.
